Project/Site Engineer Mechanical

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar degree approved by the User Representative.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in building construction and maintenance, with at least 5 years as a project/site engineer.
• Male applicants preferred.
• Passing the National Licensure Examination (Professional License) is beneficial.
• Fully conversant in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and project management software.
• Strong knowledge of international engineering and construction codes and standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage mechanical engineering works on construction and maintenance projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering codes, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Prepare and review project plans, schedules, and technical documentation.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, inspections, and reports.
• Utilize project management software (Microsoft Project and/or Primavera) for planning and tracking.
• Apply knowledge of international engineering and construction standards to ensure quality.
