Kronospan OSB S.R.O. is offering an overseas employment opportunity for qualified Production Line Operators in the Czech Republic. The successful applicants will support the production of laminated wood-based boards by operating and monitoring production equipment, inspecting product quality, handling packaging operations, and maintaining workplace safety and cleanliness.

Production Line Operator

Qualifications:

• Male applicants aged 23 to 45 years old.
• High school graduate or technical-vocational graduate.
• At least 4 years of production experience.
• Knowledge of wood processing, cutting, milling, and quality inspection.
• Experience operating and monitoring production machinery.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and willing to work day or night shifts.
• Forklift operation experience is an advantage.
• Valid forklift operator tests or certification, as required, for applicants assigned to forklift duties.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Able to follow technical instructions, production procedures, and workplace safety rules.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to the manufacturer’s instructions and company procedures.
• Perform final inspections and sort finished boards according to established quality standards.
• Use K-soft and Warehouse Management System (WMS) production programs to maintain production records and print product labels.
• Ensure compliance with applicable ČSN EN standards for laminated board production.
• Collect samples of manufactured materials for laboratory testing.
• Inspect products using measuring equipment, including gloss meters, spectral photometers, and thickness gauges.
• Operate the board-sorting control panel and check that production equipment functions correctly.
• Assist the press operator during press plate replacement when required.
• Operate strapping and packing equipment and verify that packages are strapped securely and evenly.
• Refill steel strapping materials and wooden spacers as needed.
• Manually align or strap smaller packages of boards when required.
• Assist with production line repairs and participate in regular equipment maintenance.
• Clean and maintain the assigned work area to ensure order and safety.
• Check and maintain the proper technical condition of forklifts when assigned to this task.
• Follow occupational safety, health, environmental, fire prevention, and other internal company regulations.
• Perform other related duties as instructed by the supervisor, including assisting other departments when necessary.
