Hokuso Cooperative is seeking skilled and physically capable individuals for meat processing roles in Japan under the TITP (Technical Intern Training Program). This is an excellent opportunity for experienced meat processing workers to gain international experience while learning Japanese language and workplace practices.

PROCESSING BEEF AND PORK INDUSTRY (MEAT PROCESSING)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in meat processing or slaughtering, specifically in the beef and pork industry.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of animal handling and humane slaughter practices.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding conditions.
• Willing to participate in Japanese language training as part of TITP requirements

Responsibilities:

• Operate meat slicing machines safely and efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong knife skills and familiarity with different meat cuts (beef and pork).
• Follow slaughterhouse safety, hygiene, and humane handling standards.
• Cut, trim, and process meat according to industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.
