BASSO HR is looking for skilled and experienced Precast Concrete Workers to join a reputable precast manufacturing company in Finland. The successful candidates will be responsible for producing high-quality precast concrete elements by interpreting technical drawings, assembling molds, placing reinforcement, and ensuring that finished products meet quality and safety standards.

PRECAST CONCRETE WORKER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a Precast Concrete Worker or in a related field.
• Preferably with in-depth knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings for precast concrete fabrication.
• Proven experience in fabricating facade elements, sandwich elements, exterior wall elements, and balcony elements.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately in a precast concrete manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with precast production processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual work in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications for precast concrete elements.
• Assemble, prepare, and maintain molds for precast concrete production.
• Fabricate precast concrete products, including facade elements, sandwich panels, exterior wall elements, and balcony elements.
• Install reinforcement, embedded items, and other components according to specifications.
• Pour, level, and finish concrete while ensuring dimensional accuracy and product quality.
• Inspect completed products for compliance with quality standards and production requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with workplace safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily manufacturing targets.
