PRE-COMMISSIONING MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in pre-commissioning, preferably in Oil & Gas industry
• Prior GCC experience is required
• Strong knowledge of commissioning processes, systems, and procedures
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Open to Ex-CCC and Ex-abroad applicants

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee all pre-commissioning activities on-site
• Ensure systems and equipment are prepared and tested prior to commissioning
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams
• Review technical documents, procedures, and project specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines
• Monitor progress and prepare reports on pre-commissioning activities
• Identify and resolve technical issues during pre-commissioning phase
• Lead and supervise pre-commissioning teams
