Plumbing Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in plumbing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Knowledgeable in plumbing systems, fixtures, and water supply networks
• Mentally and physically fit
• Good communication skills
• Passport ready
• Able to work independently and as part of a maintenance team

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures
• Inspect and troubleshoot leaks, blockages, and pressure issues in piping networks
• Maintain water supply, drainage, sewage, and irrigation systems
• Repair and replace valves, pumps, faucets, filters, heaters, and sanitary fixtures
• Conduct preventive maintenance based on schedules and checklists
• Ensure proper operation of water tanks, pumps, and related mechanical components
• Respond to emergency plumbing issues and carry out corrective actions
• Follow safety procedures, building codes, and FM standards
• Maintain service reports, material usage logs, and job completion records
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades for smooth operations
