Glocal Partner Cooperative is seeking hardworking and skilled Plumbers under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) for deployment to Japan. The successful candidate will assist in plumbing installation, maintenance, and construction-related operations while gaining valuable international work experience and technical training.

PLUMBER (TITP)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants aged 20 to 30 years old.
• Candidates must be high school graduates or equivalent.
• Physically and emotionally fit to perform construction-related tasks.
• Willing to undergo 4 months of Japanese language training free of charge.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, pipe installation, or construction work is an advantage.
• Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to workplace safety and ability to follow technical instructions.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to adapt to Japanese workplace culture and standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and pipelines.
• Support pipe fitting, water supply, drainage, and sanitation system works on construction sites.
• Operate plumbing tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and follow basic technical instructions, layouts, and work procedures.
• Inspect plumbing materials and completed work to ensure quality and proper installation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely.
• Participate actively in technical and Japanese language training programs.
• Comply with Japanese workplace discipline, operational procedures, and company regulations.

• Latest PSA married certificate (if married)(photocopy & original) 6pcs. Latest 2×2 id pictures (with white background in formal attire)
• If holder of valid driver’s license (photocopy)
• Latest NBI (color light blue) (photocopy & original)
• High school diploma / college diploma (photocopy)
• Certificate of employment (COE) (photocopy & original)
• PEOS certificate and e-registration
• One (1) long expanding brown envelope
