PLUMBER

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid Master Plumber license or TESDA Plumber certificate.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in plumbing system design, installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • Experience with plumbing fixtures, line repair, and pumping systems.
  • Knowledge and experience in preventive maintenance and hot water systems.
  • Strong experience with septic and wastewater systems.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing tools, equipment, materials, and installation practices.
  • Good understanding of workplace safety standards and safe plumbing practices.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on plumbing and maintenance work.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, inspect, and repair plumbing systems, pipes, fixtures, and fittings.
  • Perform plumbing system installation and maintenance according to technical requirements and established procedures.
  • Diagnose and repair leaks, damaged fixtures, blocked lines, and other plumbing issues.
  • Maintain and repair pumping systems and related plumbing equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment.
  • Inspect and maintain hot water systems to ensure reliable operation.
  • Maintain water supply, drainage, and wastewater systems.
  • Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot septic and wastewater systems.
  • Perform line repairs and replace damaged pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures.
  • Identify plumbing problems and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
  • Use plumbing tools, equipment, and testing instruments safely and correctly.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Coordinate with maintenance personnel and other departments when carrying out plumbing work.
  • Perform other plumbing and maintenance duties as assigned.
