Job Vacancy: Pipe Fitter

We are seeking skilled and experienced Pipe Fitters to join Zamil Shipyards (EMDAD) in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation, assembly, maintenance, and repair of piping systems onboard vessels and within shipyard facilities.
Pipe Fitter
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Pipe Fitter in shipyard, marine, offshore, or heavy industrial environment
- Ability to read and interpret piping drawings, isometric drawings, and technical specifications
- Experience in installation and alignment of piping systems and components
- Knowledge of pipe materials, fittings, valves, and installation techniques
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and pipe fabrication equipment
- Ability to perform pipe cutting, threading, bending, and assembly works
- Physically fit and capable of working in shipyard and marine environments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fitting works
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willing to work in shifting schedules and demanding conditions
Responsibilities:
- Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems onboard ships and shipyard facilities
- Read and interpret piping layouts, isometric drawings, and specifications
- Perform pipe cutting, threading, bending, fitting, and alignment works
- Install valves, flanges, supports, and related piping components
- Carry out repair and modification of existing piping systems as required
- Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and testing of installed pipe systems
- Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently during fabrication and installation
- Assist in pressure testing and inspection of piping systems
- Follow shipyard safety procedures and industry standards at all times
- Coordinate with welders, engineers, and other trades during installation works

- Graduate of any four (4) year course or College Level
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
