BRICKLAYER SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants only
  • Minimum of 3 years or more experience in masonry and bricklaying works
  • With TESDA NC II Certificate or higher (or equivalent)
  • Conversational English communication skills
  • With driver’s license (preferred)
  • Physically fit and capable of performing construction work
  • Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, plastering, and structural works
  • Detail-oriented with high level of workmanship and accuracy

Responsibilities:

  • Perform construction, repair, maintenance, and renovation of structural elements
  • Foundations, walls, slabs, and other building components
  • Interpret and follow technical plans and specifications
  • Set up, check, maintain, and dismantle masonry and plastering supports/scaffolding
  • Carry out formwork, fitting, and concreting works for foundations and reinforced structures
  • Construct load-bearing and partition walls using:
    • Bricks
    • Ytong (aerated concrete blocks)
    • Stone and other materials
  • Create openings for doors and windows according to plans
  • Perform plastering, smoothing, and finishing of internal and external wall surfaces
  • Apply waterproofing, thermal, and sound insulation layers
  • Conduct demolition, reconstruction, and repair of existing structures
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and cleanliness of the work area
