Yamama Cement Factory is seeking a reliable and technically capable Oven Operator to support cement production operations in Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for industrial workers with knowledge of kiln or oven operations, equipment monitoring, process control, and workplace safety in a cement manufacturing environment.

OVEN OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Oven Operator, Kiln Operator, Furnace Operator, or similar industrial process operator is preferred.
• Experience in a cement manufacturing, industrial processing, or heavy manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of industrial ovens, kiln systems, temperature controls, burners, and process equipment.
• Ability to monitor operating parameters and identify abnormal equipment or process conditions.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Physically fit and able to work in a hot, dusty, and demanding industrial environment.
• Responsible, attentive, reliable, and able to work rotating shifts.
• Able to follow technical instructions, operating procedures, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor industrial ovens or kiln-related equipment according to established operating procedures and production requirements.
• Monitor temperature, pressure, fuel consumption, material flow, and other operating parameters to maintain stable production conditions.
• Inspect oven and associated equipment regularly to identify abnormal conditions, leaks, blockages, overheating, or other operational issues.
• Adjust operating controls and settings as required to maintain proper temperature and production conditions.
• Monitor the condition and performance of burners, fans, conveyors, feeders, and other equipment associated with the oven or kiln system.
• Coordinate with control room operators, maintenance personnel, production teams, and supervisors to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Respond promptly to equipment alarms, process abnormalities, and operational problems and report them to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist maintenance teams during equipment inspections, servicing, shutdowns, and repairs when required.
• Maintain accurate operating logs and records covering temperatures, equipment conditions, production activities, and operational incidents.
• Conduct routine housekeeping and maintain the oven operating area in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
• Follow established procedures for equipment startup, shutdown, emergency response, and safe operation.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with workplace safety procedures.
• Monitor fuel, raw material, and other operating requirements to support efficient oven operation.
• Report equipment defects, maintenance requirements, safety hazards, and production concerns to supervisors.
• Perform other oven operation and cement production duties assigned by management.
