OPERATOR (LAMINATION MACHINE)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience operating laminating machines or similar industrial equipment.
- At least a high school graduate.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Experience operating specific laminating equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of laminating processes, machine adjustments, and production monitoring.
- Ability to identify product defects and perform quality inspections.
- Familiarity with adhesives, films, and substrate materials used in lamination.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Operate laminating presses and related production equipment according to established operating procedures.
- Set up, adjust, and calibrate machine settings to meet production specifications.
- Select, prepare, and load the correct films, adhesives, and substrate materials for production.
- Monitor production runs to ensure smooth and efficient machine operation.
- Conduct regular quality inspections during production to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Adjust machine settings, including adhesive weight and application, to maintain product quality.
- Ensure finished laminated products meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Carry out minor machine repairs and report equipment malfunctions to the maintenance department.
- Maintain accurate production logs, quality control records, and operational reports.
- Enter production and quality data into company databases or production management systems.
- Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures, including the proper handling of adhesives and other hazardous materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following company housekeeping standards.
- Work closely with supervisors, maintenance personnel, and quality inspectors to achieve production targets.
- Perform other production and machine operation duties assigned by management.
