Fow Talents Pte. Ltd. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurses specializing in elderly care to join senior care home facilities in Singapore. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality patient care and is willing to undergo licensure to practice in Singapore.
NURSE (ELDERLY CARE)
Qualifications:
- Physically fit and able to work overseas
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduate
- Must have a valid PRC Nursing License
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
- Willing to take and pass the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Licensure Examination
- Willing to work in senior care home facilities
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and with strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and support to elderly patients in care home settings
- Monitor patients’ health conditions and administer medications as prescribed
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans
