Noir De Moé is seeking skilled and professional Nail Art/Gel Specialists to join a prestigious executive salon and spa in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will provide professional nail care, gel nail applications, nail art, and related beauty services while maintaining excellent attention to detail, hygiene, and client satisfaction.

NAIL ART/GEL SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

• With 2–3 years of relevant professional experience as a Nail Technician, Nail Artist, Gel Specialist, or in a similar salon environment.
• Proven experience in gel nail application and nail art.
• Skilled in manicure, nail preparation, shaping, cuticle care, gel polish application, and gel removal.
• Good knowledge of nail art techniques, designs, colors, and professional nail products.
• Excellent manual skills, precision, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to create neat and customized nail designs according to client preferences.
• Knowledge of proper nail hygiene, sanitation, disinfection, and safe product handling.
• Good customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, courteous, patient, and attentive when dealing with clients.
• Ability to work efficiently in a professional, high-end salon and spa environment.
• Physically capable of performing nail services for extended periods.
• Well-groomed, reliable, responsible, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Able to work effectively as part of a professional and client-focused salon and spa team.
• Willing to follow salon standards, management instructions, and workplace policies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional manicure, gel nail, nail art, and related nail care services according to salon standards.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferred nail designs, colors, shapes, and desired services.
• Prepare natural nails properly before applying gel products or performing nail art.
• Perform nail cleaning, shaping, buffing, cuticle care, and other appropriate nail preparation procedures.
• Apply gel polish, gel extensions, overlays, and other applicable nail products with precision.
• Create detailed and customized nail art designs according to client preferences and current salon offerings.
• Perform nail finishing and detailing to ensure a neat, smooth, and professional appearance.
• Properly cure gel products using appropriate nail lamps and follow product instructions.
• Remove gel polish and other nail products safely without unnecessarily damaging the natural nails.
• Maintain proper control and application of nail products, tools, brushes, and equipment.
• Recommend suitable nail treatments, products, colors, and designs based on clients’ preferences and nail condition.
• Monitor clients’ comfort and satisfaction throughout each service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic nail workstation at all times.
• Clean, disinfect, and properly store nail tools, equipment, and work surfaces after each client.
• Follow proper sanitation, hygiene, and safe handling procedures for nail products and equipment.
• Maintain adequate supplies of gel polish, nail art materials, tools, and other salon products.
• Coordinate with other salon and spa professionals to ensure smooth client service and daily operations.
• Provide courteous, professional, and personalized customer service.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional relationships with all customers.
• Keep up with new nail art designs, techniques, products, and salon service trends.
• Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times.
• Follow salon policies, safety procedures, service standards, and management instructions.
• Perform other duties related to nail care and salon operations as assigned by management.
