Mechanical Technician (Millwright) – Rotary Machine

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mechanical Technician (Millwright) working on rotary machinery in oil & gas or petrochemical plants
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, rotary equipment, alignment, and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to collaborate easily with co-workers and work independently
• Familiarity with safety regulations, preventive maintenance practices, and operational standards
• Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair rotary machinery, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and rotating equipment
• Perform mechanical alignment, assembly, and disassembly of equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to minimize downtime
• Follow site safety protocols, work permits, and operational guidelines
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and operators for equipment maintenance and operational schedules
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational standards, and company policies
