MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Strong knowledge in HVAC and MEP systems
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings

Responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanical installation works (HVAC, piping, pumps, ducting, etc.)
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Quantity take off; Monitor daily site activities and manpower allocation
• Ensure work is completed according to project schedule
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues on-site
