We are hiring experienced Material Coordinators for EATON FZE in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient material flow within the manufacturing and warehouse operations, supporting production requirements through proper coordination, handling, and monitoring of materials.

MATERIAL COORDINATOR

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • At least High School Graduate
  • Experience in high-speed automatic assembly lines or industrial logistics is an advantage
  • Basic technical understanding of automated systems and intralogistics equipment
  • Experience in warehouse operations and material handling
  • Basic PC skills for documentation and inventory systems
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Motivated, proactive, and accountable
  • Willing to work in shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Supply and monitor automated sorting machines to support production processes
  • Operate industrial material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet trucks
  • Handle automated lifting and transport systems for safe and efficient material movement
  • Load and unload boxes, containers, and pallets manually and mechanically
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials based on company standards
  • Conduct visual inspections to verify integrity and completeness of materials
  • Support inventory management and stocktaking activities within the warehouse
  • Document material movements in the inventory management system accurately
  • Coordinate closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times
  • Follow all safety regulations and workplace procedures
  • Initiate escalation procedures in case of operational issues
