Noir De Moé is seeking skilled and professional Massage Therapists to join a prestigious executive salon and spa in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will provide professional massage and spa services, maintain high standards of client care, and ensure a relaxing, safe, and professional experience for every client.

MASSAGE THERAPIST

Qualifications:

• With 2–3 years of relevant professional experience as a Massage Therapist or in a similar salon and spa environment.
• Skilled in providing professional massage and spa treatments.
• Good understanding of massage techniques, client care, hygiene, and treatment-room procedures.
• Ability to communicate professionally and understand clients’ treatment preferences and concerns.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional, courteous attitude.
• Good manual skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain consistent service quality.
• Able to work efficiently in a professional and client-focused salon and spa environment.
• Physically capable of performing massage treatments for extended periods.
• Well-groomed, reliable, responsible, and professional in dealing with clients and colleagues.
• Willing to follow salon standards, management instructions, and workplace policies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional massage therapy and spa treatments according to client needs and salon standards.
• Perform various massage techniques appropriate to the client’s preferences and treatment requirements.
• Consult with clients to understand their concerns, preferences, and desired treatment outcomes.
• Prepare treatment rooms, massage beds, linens, oils, and other necessary equipment before each appointment.
• Ensure proper client comfort, privacy, and professionalism throughout every treatment.
• Apply appropriate pressure and massage techniques while maintaining proper body mechanics.
• Monitor clients’ comfort and adjust techniques or treatment procedures when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, organized, and relaxing treatment environment.
• Follow proper sanitation and hygiene procedures for massage equipment, linens, tools, and treatment areas.
• Handle massage oils, creams, lotions, and other spa products properly and safely.
• Maintain professional appearance, personal hygiene, and appropriate workplace conduct at all times.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service before, during, and after treatments.
• Recommend suitable massage or spa treatments based on clients’ needs and salon service offerings.
• Maintain awareness of client feedback and communicate relevant concerns to the supervisor or management.
• Properly manage appointment schedules and coordinate with reception or other salon staff.
• Assist in maintaining adequate supplies of massage products, linens, and treatment materials.
• Follow salon policies, procedures, safety standards, and service protocols.
• Protect client confidentiality and maintain a professional relationship with all clients.
• Perform other duties related to massage therapy and spa operations as assigned by management.
