MASON

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Proven experience in masonry and carpentry is required.
• Basic communication skills.
• Knowledge of bricklaying, block laying, mortar preparation, and basic construction techniques.
• Experience in roofing, reinforcement, waterproofing, or insulation work is an advantage.
• Physically fit, hardworking, and able to perform construction work in various conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Construct, repair, and maintain walls, partitions, arches, and other masonry structures.
• Lay bricks, stone blocks, concrete blocks, and other masonry materials using appropriate mortar mixtures.
• Perform basic carpentry work related to construction, repair, and building maintenance.
• Install drainage systems, waterproofing materials, window and door openings, and thermal insulation.
• Assist with roofing, reinforcement, and other general construction activities as required.
• Measure, prepare, and assemble construction materials according to project specifications.
• Follow proper construction, safety, and quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
