Al Sharhan Industries is looking for reliable and skilled Maintenance Staff to support its operations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing or industrial environments and is capable of performing preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

MAINTENANCE (COMPOUNDER)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Candidates must be willing to be assigned/work in Kuwait
• College undergraduate or graduate of a four-year course
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems
• Physically fit and able to perform maintenance tasks
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities
• Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and prevent breakdowns
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or basic electrical problems
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and procedures
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Assist in installation and setup of machinery when required
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
