Laundry Operator
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeper or in a related laundry role.
- No visible tattoos.
- Knowledge of laundry procedures, fabric care, and cleaning standards.
- Ability to operate laundry equipment and perform physical tasks efficiently.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, iron, and organize linens, uniforms, garments, and other laundry items.
- Operate laundry equipment such as washing machines, dryers, and pressing machines safely and efficiently.
- Inspect laundry items for stains, damages, and special care requirements before processing.
- Apply proper cleaning methods based on fabric type and company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area and workstations.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and distribution of cleaned laundry items.
- Monitor laundry equipment condition and report any malfunction or maintenance concerns.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Assist housekeeping operations when required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned laundry tasks while maintaining quality service.
