Noir De Moé is seeking skilled and professional Japanese Head Spa Specialists to join a prestigious executive salon and spa in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will provide specialized Japanese-style head spa treatments, scalp and hair care services, relaxation techniques, and personalized client care while maintaining high standards of hygiene, service quality, and professionalism.

JAPANESE HEAD SPA SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

• With 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in head spa, scalp care, beauty, wellness, massage, or a similar professional salon environment.
• Proven experience providing head spa, scalp treatment, or related relaxation services.
• Knowledge of Japanese-style head spa procedures, scalp cleansing, exfoliation, massage, and hair-care treatments is an advantage.
• Good manual skills and attention to detail when performing scalp and head treatments.
• Strong understanding of client comfort, hygiene, sanitation, and professional treatment procedures.
• Ability to conduct client consultations and understand individual treatment preferences and concerns.
• Excellent customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, courteous, patient, and attentive when dealing with clients.
• Physically capable of performing head spa and massage treatments for extended periods.
• Well-groomed, reliable, responsible, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Able to work effectively as part of a professional and client-focused salon and spa team.
• Willing to follow salon standards, management instructions, and workplace policies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional Japanese-style head spa treatments according to established salon procedures and service standards.
• Conduct client consultations to understand scalp concerns, hair-care needs, preferences, and desired treatment outcomes.
• Perform scalp cleansing, exfoliation, massage, relaxation, and other head spa procedures as appropriate.
• Apply suitable scalp and hair-care products, oils, treatments, and cleansing products correctly and safely.
• Perform relaxing head, scalp, neck, and shoulder massage techniques as part of the head spa service.
• Adjust treatment techniques and pressure according to the client’s comfort and preferences.
• Monitor clients throughout each treatment and ensure their comfort, privacy, and overall satisfaction.
• Prepare treatment rooms, head spa equipment, towels, linens, products, and other necessary supplies before each appointment.
• Operate head spa equipment properly and follow manufacturer and salon procedures.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, organized, and relaxing treatment environment.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, treatment areas, and surfaces after every client.
• Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and safe product-handling procedures at all times.
• Provide professional guidance to clients regarding scalp and hair-care routines when appropriate.
• Recommend suitable head spa treatments and related salon services based on client needs and available services.
• Provide courteous and personalized customer service throughout the client’s visit.
• Coordinate with spa hostesses, massage therapists, beauty specialists, and other salon staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor treatment supplies and report shortages or equipment concerns to management.
• Maintain accurate client treatment information and respect client confidentiality.
• Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance and appropriate workplace conduct.
• Follow salon policies, safety procedures, service standards, and management instructions.
• Perform other duties related to head spa treatments and salon operations as assigned by management.
