INJECTION MOULDING SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With at least 5 years proven experience in Plastic Injection Molding Process preferably from piping systems and fittings, and with molding automation system.
• Graduate of at least technical and vocational courses diploma

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Injection Molding Supervisor shall be inclined in technical aspects handling responsibilities for developing and troubleshooting plastic injection molding processes to achieve optimum and production and quality goals.
• Ensures machine performance and outputs are to be approved according to the required specifications of injection molding and its produced products.
• Troubleshoots equipment and processing problems related to product quality and to improve efficient
• Continuously looks for ways to reduce costs in the injection area molding.
• Monitors and tracks staffing conditions, work hours and overtime, job rotation, and absenteeism of workforce.
• Understands, executes, and ensures consistent compliance with
• Provides direction and motivation to team members emphasizing the highly adherence to safety, quality, efficiency, productivity, cost reduction, and morale.
• Leads continuous improvement activity for injection area.
