Innomotics, s.r.o., odštěpný závod Elektromotory Mohelnice is seeking skilled Impregnation Equipment Operators (SOP) to operate impregnation systems used in the production of electric motors and related components. The successful candidates will be responsible for coil handling, resin impregnation, heat-curing processes, and ensuring high-quality manufacturing standards while maintaining safe and efficient operations.

Impregnation Equipment Operator (SOP)

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants, 25–45 years old.
  • At least 1 year of experience operating impregnation machines used for transformers, generators, air conditioners, or electric motors.
  • Experience in winding and handling copper and aluminum motor coils.
  • Experience operating heat-curing ovens for curing resin, epoxy, and varnish.
  • Ability to operate a small magnetic crane safely.
  • Able to perform basic work using the PAP system.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Basic English communication skills and willingness to learn the Czech language.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing production and material-handling tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate impregnation machines used in the production of electric motors, transformers, generators, and air-conditioning motors.
  • Perform winding operations and handle copper and aluminum motor coils with precision.
  • Load and unload motor components into impregnation equipment according to production procedures.
  • Operate heat-curing ovens to cure resin, epoxy, and varnish coatings.
  • Monitor impregnation cycles, curing temperatures, and process parameters to ensure product quality.
  • Operate small magnetic cranes for lifting and transporting motor components safely.
  • Perform basic production transactions and documentation using the PAP system.
  • Conduct visual inspections of motor coils and impregnated components to verify quality standards.
  • Maintain production records and report equipment issues or process deviations.
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of impregnation equipment.
  • Follow manufacturing procedures, workplace safety regulations, and quality control standards.
  • Work collaboratively with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform other production-related duties assigned by supervisors.
