Mohamed Bin Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa Cardiac Centre is seeking a compassionate and skilled ICU Nurse to provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital standards.

ICU NURSE

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only.
• 35 years old and below.
• Registered Nurse with valid professional credentials.
• ICU nursing experience is preferred.
• No employment gap.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a critical care environment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, clinical conditions, and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications, therapies, and nursing interventions as prescribed.
• Operate and monitor ICU equipment and life-support systems.
• Assist physicians and healthcare teams during procedures and emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing documentation, and care plans.
• Assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Ensure infection prevention and control practices are strictly followed.
• Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and their families.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain professional nursing standards.
