Turra Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician L3 to provide hands-on support for the day-to-day operation, preventative maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of heating and cooling systems, equipment, and associated components. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and reliable HVAC operations while adhering to company-defined safety standards and procedures.
HVAC Technician L3
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal, motivational, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Ability to interact effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Physically fit, well-presented, and capable of performing hands-on technical work.
- Demonstrated understanding of company processes, HVAC systems, and maintenance standards.
- Knowledge of Production Best Practice (PBP), International Production Enterprise System (IPES/SAP), Facility Integrity
- Management System, and Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) principles.
- Competence in basic HVAC electrical and mechanical systems, tools, and LOTO operations.
- Strong initiative, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support for preventative and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems, equipment, and components.
- Support HVAC activities at the facility/plant as directed by the Lead HVAC Technician.
- Communicate effectively with the HVAC Lead regarding job progress, completion, and tasks across multiple systems.
- Ensure all work is completed in a neat, professional, and workmanlike manner.
- Support Operations Emergency Response activities as required.
- Operate and use the Electronic Permit to Work (e-PTW) System per site-specific tasks and locations.
- Maintain clear and effective communication within the HVAC/Electrical work team.
- Follow company safety procedures and promote a high standard of Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) practices.
- Assist in adherence to company processes, Production Best Practice (PBP), International Production Enterprise System (IPES/SAP), Facility Integrity Management System, and Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) practices.
- Perform basic HVAC system diagnostics and maintenance, including understanding heating and cooling exchange processes (water and refrigerant).
- Use and maintain HVAC tools and equipment properly, including hand tools, power tools, and LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.
- Apply knowledge of electrical one-line drawings for HVAC systems.
- Participate in safety management programs and tools, including Step Back 5×5, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Risk Assessment.
