Super Value Store Limited is seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Manager for deployment to Papua New Guinea. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s human resources and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, performance management, and staff development.
HR MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in Human Resources and Administration.
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Knowledgeable in payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, and salary benchmarking.
- Experience in handling workplace grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally and ethically.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and administrative procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HR management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle hiring process including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and employee integration.
- Resolve workplace conflicts, manage employee grievances, and oversee disciplinary procedures professionally and fairly.
- Oversee payroll processing, compensation administration, and employee benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and support compensation planning initiatives.
- Administer performance appraisal systems and support employee evaluation processes.
- Facilitate training, learning, and career development programs for employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational programs.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidential personnel files.
- Oversee general administrative functions and support operational efficiency within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and employment standards.
