Housekeeper Team Leader

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar housekeeping role.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.
• No visible tattoos.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and sanitation practices.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively.
• Physically fit and willing to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
• Assign work schedules and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and assigned facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
• Train, coach, and monitor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety practices, and service standards.
• Ensure cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens are properly maintained and adequately stocked.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, and safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Maintain housekeeping records, attendance, and daily operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
• Address client concerns and assist in resolving housekeeping-related issues professionally.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment.
