Abdullah Al Jassar Maintenance And Operations Company is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in hotel rooms and assigned facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing rooms and common areas, managing bed linens and laundry, replenishing supplies, and reporting maintenance issues to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for guests.

HOTEL HOUSEKEEPER

Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or similar establishment.
• Female applicants are preferred for this position.
• Knowledge of general cleaning, sanitation, bed-making, linen care, and laundry procedures.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, housekeeping supplies, and safe chemical handling.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and attention to detail while completing assigned tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills and a courteous, service-oriented attitude.
• Physically fit and capable of performing routine housekeeping duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment.
• Honest, dependable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize hotel rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, and other assigned areas.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust surfaces, polish furniture, and clean windows and other fixtures.
• Make beds, change bed linens, replace towels, and ensure that rooms are properly arranged and presentable.
• Handle laundry tasks, including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and organizing linens and other assigned items.
• Restock toiletries, towels, kitchen supplies, and other consumable items as needed.
• Monitor and maintain an adequate supply of cleaning materials and report low stock to the supervisor.
• Collect and dispose of garbage properly and follow applicable waste segregation and recycling procedures.
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and according to established procedures.
• Inspect assigned rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with housekeeping standards.
• Identify and report damaged equipment, faulty fixtures, and other maintenance concerns to the supervisor.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and help maintain a positive guest experience.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and maintain the confidentiality and security of guest rooms and belongings.
