Catrion Catering Holding Company is seeking qualified and experienced Hot Kitchen & Packing Cooks for a major international aviation catering project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and packing meals while ensuring compliance with Saudia Catering standards, customer requirements, food safety procedures, and company quality guidelines.
HOT KITCHEN & PACKING – COOK
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Cook or similar position.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in in-flight catering, five-star hotels, or cruise lines is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of hot kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a high-volume catering environment.
- Physically fit, reliable, and able to work flexible shifts.
- Good teamwork and time management skills.
- Available for immediate processing and deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to Saudia Catering standards, approved recipes, and individual customer specifications.
- Support production operations for airline catering, company restaurants, and outside party catering services.
- Ensure food preparation, cooking, portioning, and packing activities are completed according to established manuals and procedures.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Assist in hot kitchen production and meal packing operations to meet scheduled requirements.
- Follow proper food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and packing areas.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient production workflow.
- Ensure meals are prepared and packed accurately according to customer orders and specifications.
