Catrion Catering Holding Company is seeking qualified and experienced Hot Kitchen & Packing Chef de Partie candidates for a major international aviation catering project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and participating in hot kitchen production and meal packing operations while ensuring compliance with Saudia Catering standards, customer specifications, food safety requirements, and company procedures.
HOT KITCHEN & PACKING – CHEF DE PARTIE
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in hot kitchen operations.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in in-flight catering, five-star hotels, or cruise lines is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hot kitchen operations, food preparation, portion control, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume catering environment.
- Good leadership, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Flexible and willing to work shifts as required.
- Available for immediate processing and deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and participate in the preparation and production of meals according to Saudia Catering standards and approved customer specifications.
- Ensure hot kitchen and packing operations meet quality, quantity, and presentation requirements.
- Support production activities for airline catering, company restaurants, and outside party catering services.
- Monitor food preparation, cooking, portioning, and packing processes to ensure compliance with established manuals and procedures.
- Guide and assist kitchen staff in maintaining efficient workflow and production standards.
- Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices are followed at all times.
- Check product quality and ensure meals are prepared according to customer requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the hot kitchen and packing areas.
- Assist in meeting daily production targets and scheduled meal requirements.
