HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
• At least a High School Graduate
• Good English communication skills
• Strong ability to safely operate heavy machinery
• Good situational awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and construction environments
• Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes (CAT 336, Hitachi 350, Komatsu 360)
• Maneuver motorized heavy machinery for accurate excavation, loading, and placement of materials
• Load and unload rocks, debris, soil, and other construction materials
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment at all times
• Communicate with team members to understand project requirements and specifications
• Follow site safety rules, regulations, and operational procedures
• Perform basic equipment checks and report any mechanical issues
• Support overall construction and site operations as needed
