Mobile Crusher Operator

Qualifications

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Diploma/Certificate in Heavy Equipment Mechanic/Automotive Technology or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of how heavy duty machineries, engines, parts and systems work (electrical wiring)
• Specialized in cargo trucks, heavy duty forklifts, crane, spreader, side lifters, reach stackers, and other container handling equipments.
• Knowledge in a diverse series of machines/engines in Hyster. TCM, Omega, Volvo, Hangcha, Haulmark, Steelbro, JCB, Linkbelt, Kalmar, Howo-Sino, Hino, Hova, Nissan, Kubota, Isuzu, Cummins and Caterpillar
• Able to identify parts and interpret the schematic on equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance, fault finding and monitoring of the heavy equipments and other related equipment and carry out the tasks assigned by Foreman and Supervisor
• Ensure maximum operational availability of heavy equipment by diagnostic work and repair methods
• Ensure that all preventive maintenance (electrical) is conducted as defined in the system
• Attend breakdowns as reported by Staff & Equipment Control on immediate basis
