BB Salon Lounge is looking for a skilled and creative Hair Stylist / Hair Technician to provide professional hair care services and deliver high-quality salon results. The successful candidate will ensure excellent customer satisfaction while maintaining salon standards of hygiene, safety, and service excellence.

Hair Stylist / Hair Technician

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only (Age: 24–38 years old).
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in salon or beauty center.
• With valid training certificates or NC II (or equivalent) in Hairdressing or related field.
• Good communication skills (basic English required).
• Presentable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
• Knowledgeable in modern hair techniques and trends.
• Physically fit and able to handle busy salon operations.
• GCC experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair services such as haircutting, styling, blow-drying, coloring, treatment, and chemical services.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
• Apply modern hair techniques and stay updated with current trends.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstation.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment while maintaining quality output.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: QAR 2,100 – QAR 2,400
