McDonald’s is seeking a motivated Guest Experience Leader to ensure a high-quality, friendly, and efficient experience for all customers. The role involves assisting guests, managing service flow, handling inquiries, and supporting team operations to maintain excellent service standards.

Guest Experience Leader

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with self-order kiosks and counter ordering.
• Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas.
• Support promotional activities and upselling initiatives.
• Monitor guest flow and assist in managing peak-hour service.
• Work closely with crew and managers to continuously improve the customer experience.
