Al Mawarid Recruitment Company is seeking skilled Greenkeepers to maintain high-quality turf and ensure excellent playing conditions for golf courses and landscaped areas in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have experience in turf management, irrigation, and grounds maintenance.

GREENKEEPER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in turf management or greenkeeping
• Experience working in golf courses or resort environments
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, fertilizers, and turf care practices
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Age: 25–38 years old
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and hardworking

Responsibilities:

• Maintain golf course turf, greens, fairways, and surrounding landscapes
• Perform mowing, aeration, fertilization, and pest control
• Monitor and maintain irrigation systems for proper water distribution
• Ensure turf health and address issues such as disease, weeds, and damage
• Operate and maintain landscaping and turf equipment
• Assist in course setup and preparation for daily operations
• Follow safety procedures and environmental guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the golf course
