Island Drilling Ltd is seeking a skilled and licensed Grading Surveyor to join our team in the Turks & Caicos Islands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for precise land surveying, grading measurements, and earthwork analysis using advanced surveying equipment and software.

GRADING SURVEYOR

Qualifications:

• Licensed Engineer (Civil, Surveying, Geography, or related field)
• With ready passport and complete documents
• Willing to work in island-based projects
• Not more than 45 years old
• Strong knowledge of surveying equipment and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
• Experience in grading and earthworks is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Responsibilities:

• Operate high-precision surveying instruments such as Total Stations, GNSS/GPS receivers, and LiDAR systems
• Conduct grading surveys and set out levels for construction and earthworks
• Interpret and apply cut and fill measurements on-site
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and specialized earthwork analysis platforms
• Handle placement and monitoring of physical survey markers
• Ensure accuracy of survey data and compliance with project specifications
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams for project execution
