Furniture Carpenter

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in furniture carpentry or related woodworking projects
• Skilled in hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and woodworking techniques
• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit to perform manual labor and lifting tasks

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, laminate, and other materials for furniture
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
• Install, repair, and finish furniture items on-site or in the workshop
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of carpentry tools and equipment
• Maintain high-quality standards and attention to detail in all work
• Collaborate with other team members, designers, and project supervisors
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to furniture construction or installation
