Forklift Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Forklift Operator.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Experience in construction, oil & gas, logistics, infrastructure, or industrial projects is an advantage.
• Must be skilled in safe forklift operation and material handling procedures.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and equipment maintenance is required.
• Overseas experience is preferred, but local experience is accepted.
• Must provide valid proof of experience such as Certificates of Employment (COE), licenses, or work records.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding site or warehouse environments.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently for loading, unloading, stacking, and moving materials within the site or warehouse.
• Transport materials such as pallets, pipes, equipment, and construction supplies to designated storage or work areas.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure forklift is in safe and proper working condition.
• Follow load capacity limits and ensure safe handling and movement of goods at all times.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining proper storage systems in warehouse or site storage areas.
• Coordinate with supervisors, riggers, and site personnel to ensure smooth material handling operations.
• Follow all occupational health, safety, and environmental rules and company procedures.
• Report any mechanical issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately.
• Maintain daily operation logs and equipment inspection records.
• Keep equipment clean and ensure proper basic maintenance practices.
