FOREMAN SCAFFOLDER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in scaffolding within Petrochemical / Oil & Gas industries, including maintenance and shutdowns.
• Experience with SABIC affiliates or similar companies in Saudi Arabia and GCC countries is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise scaffolding teams during maintenance, shutdown, and project activities.
• Ensure all scaffolding work complies with safety regulations and engineering standards.
• Plan, organize, and inspect scaffolding structures to guarantee safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to meet project schedules.
• Train and guide scaffolding crew members on proper techniques and safety practices.
