FM SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a supervisory role.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel and facility operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and civil maintenance.
• Ability to plan maintenance schedules, coordinate repair activities, and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in preparing maintenance reports and documentation.
• Able to work under pressure and respond effectively to operational emergencies.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of facilities management, maintenance, and support services.
• Lead and monitor maintenance teams, cleaners, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Plan, assign, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building systems and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and operational issues.
• Coordinate repairs involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, civil, and other building systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and facility management standards.
• Monitor the performance of contractors and vendors to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Maintain maintenance schedules, inspection reports, work orders, and other facility records.
• Manage inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and operational issues.
• Recommend improvements to enhance facility efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Perform other facilities management duties assigned by the employer.
