Eyelash Technician/Nail Technician/Massage Therapist
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the applied beauty specialization.
- Candidates must be at least a High School graduate.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Proven experience as an Eyelash Technician, Nail Technician, or Massage Therapist.
- Certification or formal training in eyelash extension application, nail technology, massage therapy, or related beauty services is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of classic, hybrid, and volume eyelash extension techniques.
- Skilled in eyelash lifts, eyelash tinting, and client consultation.
- Excellent attention to detail, precision, and artistic ability.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of sanitation, infection control, and beauty industry hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced spa environment.
Responsibilities:
- Apply classic, hybrid, and volume eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail.
- Perform eyelash lifting, eyelash tinting, and other lash enhancement services as required.
- Consult with clients to determine suitable lash styles, beauty treatments, and service recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
- Provide professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, nail art, and nail maintenance (if assigned as a Nail Technician).
- Perform therapeutic, relaxation, or spa massage treatments using proper techniques (if assigned as a Massage Therapist).
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and infection control by sterilizing tools, equipment, and workstations after every client.
- Ensure proper preparation of treatment areas before and after each appointment.
- Educate clients on aftercare instructions and recommend appropriate beauty and skincare products.
- Maintain accurate client service records and appointment schedules.
- Monitor inventory of beauty products, tools, and supplies, and report replenishment requirements.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Follow company policies, health regulations, and workplace safety standards.
- Perform other beauty and wellness duties assigned by management.
