Boroko Motors is seeking an experienced Executive Sales Vehicle & Parts Manager / Customer Service Manager to lead its automotive sales, parts, and customer service operations in Papua New Guinea. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving vehicle and parts sales, managing dealership operations, developing sales strategies, overseeing customer service initiatives, and ensuring the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
EXECUTIVE SALES VEHICLE & PARTS MANAGER / CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
- Must hold a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of automotive parts experience in a management or supervisory role is preferred.
- Proven experience in automotive vehicle sales, parts sales, dealership operations, or customer service management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in sales planning, reporting, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve vehicle and parts sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to maximize sales performance.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Parts Department Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the Parts Department to ensure efficient inventory management and customer service.
- Promote after-sales support and ensure the availability of genuine automotive parts.
- Monitor stock levels, procurement, and inventory control to optimize profitability.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of parts orders and deliveries.
- Customer Service Management
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leadership and Reporting
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales, parts, and customer service teams to achieve performance objectives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, operational reports, and performance analyses for management.
- Review sales data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
