Job Location: Japan

Taketoyo Kogyo Co., Ltd. is seeking qualified and experienced workers for an Electronics Equipment Assembly (SSW) position in Japan. The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling plastic products, inspecting finished products for defects, and performing painting work while maintaining quality and production standards. Applicants with previous TITP experience in the Painting Category and the required skills certification are encouraged to apply.

ELECTRONICS EQUIPMENT ASSEMBLY

Qualifications:

  • Ex-TITP – Painting Category.
  • Holder of a Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) Completion Certificate.
  • Holder of a Certificate of Passing the Level 3 Skills Proficiency Test.
  • Previous experience in plastic product assembly and painting is an advantage.
  • Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
  • Able to follow production instructions and workplace procedures.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive production tasks.
  • Able to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
  • Willing to comply with Japanese workplace rules and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble plastic products according to production instructions and specifications.
  • Perform assembly operations using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Check completed products for defects, damage, irregularities, or quality issues.
  • Inspect product appearance and workmanship to ensure they meet required standards.
  • Perform painting of plastic products according to established procedures.
  • Prepare surfaces and materials before painting when required.
  • Apply paint evenly and ensure proper finishing quality.
  • Identify defective products and report quality issues to the supervisor.
  • Follow production procedures, work instructions, and quality control standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned work area.
  • Handle materials, tools, and production equipment safely.
  • Follow company safety rules and workplace procedures.
  • Work efficiently as part of a production team.
  • Perform other assembly, inspection, and production-related duties as assigned.
