ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Professional License holder (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Examination).
• Proven experience in electrical engineering, electrical calculations, material specification, and site supervision.
• Ability to perform accurate electrical computations and determine material requirements based on calculations.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team of electricians and helpers.
• Good communication, leadership, teamwork, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge and working experience in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge and working experience in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of electrical drawings, plans, specifications, and design implementation.
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Willing to work on-site and conduct regular site inspections and supervision.
• Willing to drive a vehicle as required for work-related duties.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a construction, maintenance, or facility management environment.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical computations and calculations for electrical installations, systems, equipment, and project requirements.
• Determine and specify appropriate electrical materials, equipment, and components based on engineering calculations and approved specifications.
• Prepare material specifications and assist in determining required quantities for electrical works.
• Review electrical plans, drawings, layouts, and technical specifications before implementation.
• Prepare, modify, and review electrical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
• Supervise and monitor electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and repair activities on-site.
• Lead and manage teams of electricians, electrical helpers, and other assigned personnel.
• Assign work tasks and provide clear technical instructions to electricians and helpers.
• Monitor the quality, progress, and accuracy of electrical works.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify technical issues, installation problems, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with other engineers, supervisors, contractors, and departments to ensure proper project implementation.
• Check electrical materials and equipment to ensure compliance with approved specifications and project requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical systems and resolving technical problems encountered on-site.
• Ensure electrical installations are properly executed according to approved drawings, calculations, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Monitor work progress and ensure electrical activities are completed within the required schedule.
• Prepare reports, documentation, calculations, correspondence, and other project records using Microsoft Office.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical works, inspections, material requirements, and project progress.
• Coordinate with procurement or site personnel regarding required electrical materials and equipment.
• Report technical concerns, material shortages, work delays, and other site issues to management.
• Ensure electricians and helpers follow company policies, site regulations, and electrical safety procedures.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure proper use of electrical tools and equipment.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, inspection, and verification of completed electrical installations.
• Support the implementation of corrective actions when electrical work does not meet required standards.
• Maintain good communication and coordination with project teams and other departments.
• Willing to drive a vehicle when required for site-related duties.
• Perform other electrical engineering, supervision, and site-related duties assigned by management.
