Alpi Investment LLC is seeking experienced Drywall & Masonry Specialists to handle construction and installation tasks related to partition systems, ceilings, and finishing preparation. The role requires strong technical skills and adherence to safety and quality standards.

DRYWALL & MASONRY SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of related work experience in drywall, masonry, or construction.
• Skilled in partition wall construction and ceiling installation.
• Knowledge of insulation systems and sandwich panel installation.
• Experience in plastering and finishing preparation.
• Ability to operate power tools.
• Good understanding of construction safety standards.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Must have a newly renewed passport.

Responsibilities:

• Construct partition walls using drywall, bricks, and aerated concrete.
• Install suspended ceilings and supporting structures.
• Perform insulation work for walls and ceilings.
• Install sandwich panels as required.
• Carry out plastering and surface preparation for finishing works.
• Operate power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and standards.
