Driver

Qualifications:

• Strictly 23–30 years old.
• Physically fit and capable of performing driving duties and other assigned work abroad.
• Willing to undergo Japanese language training.
• Willing and able to achieve JLPT N4 level or higher, as required by the employer.
• Willing to take and pass the required skills evaluation examination for automotive transportation.
• Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
• Good concentration, judgment, and awareness of road conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions, company policies, and traffic regulations.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn Japanese.
• Able to adapt to Japanese workplace culture and procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned duties.
• Willing to comply with the employer’s recruitment, training, and deployment requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned vehicles safely and responsibly in accordance with Japanese traffic laws and road safety regulations.
• Transport passengers, goods, or other assigned items according to company instructions and operational requirements.
• Follow designated routes, schedules, and dispatch instructions.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
• Check tires, lights, brakes, mirrors, fluid levels, and other essential vehicle components before driving.
• Report vehicle defects, mechanical problems, accidents, and safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles.
• Observe speed limits, traffic signs, parking regulations, and other applicable road rules.
• Practice defensive driving and maintain safe distances from other vehicles and road users.
• Ensure the safe handling of passengers and cargo, where applicable.
• Assist with loading and unloading items when required by the assigned duties.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, deliveries, and vehicle inspections when required.
• Use navigation systems and follow route instructions to reach destinations efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, customers, passengers, and other personnel.
• Follow company procedures for vehicle use, maintenance reporting, and incident documentation.
• Comply with Japanese workplace rules, safety requirements, and operational standards.
• Attend required training and participate in Japanese language lessons and skills evaluation preparation.
• Perform other driving-related duties assigned by management.
