Domestic Worker

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• At least High School Graduate.
• At least 24 years old.
• Ex-abroad applicants with a completed contract are preferred.
• Previous experience in domestic work locally or abroad is required.
• Experience as a Domestic Worker, Nanny, Babysitter, Childcare Worker, or Caregiver is an advantage.
• Ability to understand and speak English.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently.
• Kind, caring, patient, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Physically fit and capable of performing household and childcare duties.
• Willing to perform general household chores, including cleaning, cooking, and laundry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient and attentive when caring for babies and children.
• Able to maintain a safe and hygienic household environment.
• Willing to adapt to the employer’s household routines and requirements.
• Respectful of the family’s privacy and property.
• Reliable, hardworking, and responsible.

Responsibilities:

• Provide caring and attentive support for babies and children.
• Ensure children are supervised and kept in a safe and secure environment.
• Assist with children’s daily routines, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene when required.
• Prepare meals, snacks, and drinks for children according to the family’s instructions.
• Engage children in educational, recreational, and age-appropriate activities.
• Provide companionship and appropriate supervision during play and daily activities.
• Communicate with parents about children’s needs, routines, activities, behavior, and concerns.
• Follow parents’ instructions regarding childcare routines, schedules, meals, and activities.
• Follow proper health, safety, hygiene, and childcare guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the household.
• Perform general household cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
• Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other household spaces.
• Wash, dry, fold, iron, and organize household laundry and clothing.
• Prepare and cook meals according to the family’s preferences and instructions.
• Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep children’s rooms, play areas, belongings, and household items neat and organized.
• Monitor household supplies and report items that need replenishment.
• Assist with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and other household errands when required.
• Handle household property, appliances, and personal belongings carefully.
• Maintain the family’s privacy and confidentiality.
• Follow household schedules, routines, and instructions.
• Work independently and complete assigned household duties efficiently.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or other household issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hygienic, and comfortable home environment.
• Perform other domestic and childcare duties assigned by the employer.
