Customer Service

Qualifications:

• With or without prior experience (retail or customer service experience is an advantage)
• Must be 35 years old and below
• Pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-oriented and proactive
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently
• Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies
• Support store operations by coordinating with other departments
• Maintain a clean and organized service area
• Ensure customer satisfaction and promote a positive shopping experience
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer service standards
