Yamama Cement Factory is seeking an experienced and responsible Crusher Shift Supervisor to oversee crushing plant operations in Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for experienced industrial professionals with strong knowledge of crusher operations, equipment monitoring, production processes, and shift supervision in a cement or quarrying environment.

CRUSHER SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in crusher plant operations, cement manufacturing, quarrying, mining, or a related heavy industrial environment.
• Previous experience in a shift supervisory or senior operational role is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of crushers, conveyors, feeders, screens, and material-handling systems.
• Ability to monitor production processes, troubleshoot operational problems, and coordinate equipment maintenance.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of industrial safety procedures and the ability to enforce safe working practices.
• Able to work rotating shifts and in a demanding industrial plant environment.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, organized, and capable of supervising a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily crusher plant operations during the assigned shift to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production.
• Monitor the operation and performance of crushers, conveyors, feeders, screens, and other associated equipment.
• Coordinate with operators, maintenance personnel, and other departments to maintain smooth plant operations.
• Monitor production output, equipment performance, material flow, and operating conditions throughout the shift.
• Identify equipment abnormalities, breakdowns, blockages, and operational problems and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure crushers and related equipment are operated according to established operating procedures and manufacturer requirements.
• Conduct routine inspections of crushing equipment and report mechanical, electrical, or operational issues to the maintenance team.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and production interruptions.
• Supervise and assign duties to crusher operators and other shift personnel.
• Ensure proper handling and processing of raw materials according to production requirements.
• Maintain accurate shift reports covering production, equipment performance, downtime, maintenance issues, and operational activities.
• Enforce company policies, workplace safety procedures, environmental requirements, and personal protective equipment (PPE) standards.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure workers understand and follow safe operating practices.
• Monitor housekeeping and ensure the crusher plant and surrounding work areas remain clean and organized.
• Respond promptly to operational emergencies and coordinate with relevant personnel to restore safe plant operation.
• Perform other crusher plant supervision and production-related duties assigned by management.
